Why am I receiving an error when I check for Direct Deposit box. It reads Direct Deposit Box may not be checked this ERO is not enrolled to provide direct deposit disbursement. On Refund Advantage Application Worksheet. I am a active ERO

Did you apply for Refund Advantage?
That is separate from being an ERO.
The more I know the more I don’t know.

Yes I did have already call Refund Advange and they told me I was enrolled and approve as a ERO. They said it was something wrong with my Intuit software.
