The more detail you provide, the more likely we'll be able to help. For example, are you running setup.exe from the CD location and it's giving you some sort of installation error? If so, what is the exact error (screen shots, ideally, are super helpful). Or is installation not running at all? Or.. has it installed fine, and is subsequently not doing anything after you login into the product? Or something else entirely?
Also, is this Stand Alone Professional or Network?
