I have a client that needs to file a state return for Hawaii and my software seems to be unable to create that particular state (2015)
You need 2015 PS software and the license for HI for a pay-per-return or an unlimited license.
If you go to Update > Select and Download New Products and you choose Hawaii it doesnt download?
