When I try to update my EFIN I get a message stating that a file didn't upload and the screen is greyed out
You'll probably have to call in and have support walk through it with you.
I did they had him on the phone for over 2 hours and couldn't help. They said they would do an expedite ticket
Initially I did upload but got a message reading failed to upload. When I went back to try again everything was greyed out
@IntuitAustin can you tell if this EFIN upload made it and it just giving a false message that it failed?
or do you know why the option is greyed out now?
I still see the old Efin
