That option is "dead" (light gray) on mine - does anybody at Intuit have an answer/fix?

Have to be in a regular HB view, not the EFCenter.

You delete columns in the EFCenter, by grabbing them by the header and dragging and dropping them off into a blue area....or dragging and dropping them in a different order

I am in the "regular HB view" - All Tax Returns.  The "Add/Edit Custom Views" option is light gray, as is the "gear" icon in the top row of the HB - neither of them work.

try the 1040 View, doesnt seem to allow it in All Returns
