I filled out the 1095-A and linked the form to the S-corp. However, nothing is flowing through to schedule 1 for SE health insurance. I would like to avoid an override. There are plenty of wages from the S-corp. Recently switched over from Proconnect, which did the calculation and flow through to schedule 1. Unable to find a solution in the Pro Series message boards, other than IRS instruction postings. Thank you in advance!

I always have to hunt around for it but I think you're looking for a field that says something like "Medicare Wages from S Corp W-2". If you can find that and make the entry everything should magically work <fingers crossed>.
