I am logged into ProSeries 2016 and I am able to access files but when I am in HomeBase View Form 1040 Individual, find form 1040: Individual, find client, find form and hit print selected form I receive this message:
Your Network License is Missing
You installed to a network but you don't have a network license in your order for Customer Number:XXXXXXXXX
Please select one of the following:
License now
- call Customer Service at
- Verify or order your network license
- click ok to continue registration
Continue without licensing
- click ok to continue but then I can't print

Not sure about network, but for standalone, go to file, and scroll down to retrieve license
