I have a client that owns a rental property. The depreciation report for the one asset (the house) does not carry over from year to year the prior depreciation amount. This particular client has many assets listed relative to this property and all do carry over with this one exception. What might be wrong?

Good morning @jTowers9267 . I don't use that program but have a suggestion to offer. Delete then reenter the asset. Possibly something wonky happened when it was originally entered.

Ive had it happen now and then, no clue why. I dont always notice it until I go to dispose of an asset and discover none of the prior dep is showing on the asset entry worksheet.
