My client has rental property and sold one of his properties at the time of sale on settlement statement it was deducted as non-resident withholding tax for MD State. Which format can I use to file this tax withholding?

While in the detail use Ctrl + F to start search. I used withhold as my search term and ultimately found:
MD withholding from MW506NRSMaryland Overrides | Screen 57; Code 10 |
If the taxpayer participated in a nonresident real estate transaction, report the income tax withheld on behalf of the individual as an estimated payment and identified as Maryland tax withheld on Form MW506NRS.
