Highlight the file in the EFCenter and use the Update Acks of Selected Returns (not the regular Receive Acks choice) and see if they pulls the acknowledgement again.

Sorry, the program still does not update the return.  It still shows state return as filed in the program but just "Received by Intuit" in EF Center.
