An LLC formed in Delaware has 3 members that live in New York however the rental property is in Pennsylvania
Questions:
1/ Do we need to file a De, Pa, & or NY LLC tax return..and why please
2/ Confirming that at the individaul tax return level they will file a Pa. Non resident tax return.

Definitely file a PA return. There is nexus in PA. Instead of 3 individual PA nonresident returns the LLC can file a composite nonresident return.
NY says you need to file a NY partnership return if you have a NY member.
DE-probably do not need to file. Read the DE form instructions.
The more I know, the more I don't know.

This is an example of worthless tax advice. There is no need for a DE LLC.
Property in PA, absolutely need to file.
