I would guess you'd create a new file, print the Form 706.    It works that way for the Form 1040.  

You need ProSeries Professional, Basic wont work.   

Open Professional, go to Update >Select and Download New Products and install the 706.   

Unless you've paid for unlimited business returns the 706 will be Pay Per return and Im guessing they will make you pay before printing even a blank one....might be cheaper to download a blank from IRS.

The 706 is a standalone form. You go to update, select and download new products, then choose 706, and download then you can print.
