Trying to authorize c corp pay per returns going back to 2011 and keep getting messages like internet connection and contact customer support. Is this a fast path issue?

Trying to print 2011,2012,2013 C Corp returns. keep getting message to contact technical support. They give me a link that takes me to my accountants community request for help on this. I have tried licensing the product again, updated products and each time I try to authorize the returns I get the same message. I cannot be the only person with this problem.
