I saw someone else post and my IT person fixed it by doing this:
Right click on the program
Click properties
Compatibility Tab
Change high DPI settings
Check the override "high DPI scaling behavior" box
In "scaling performed by" drop down select "system".
This fixed both of my problems.

Click on the icon before you launch the program? I can't right click anywhere and get anything to come up with a menu.

Disregard! I right clicked on the worksheet page and change it to 80% and was able to see the boxes.
