I am receiving a rejection on the CA extension in which the client is paying the balance due. All information is entered for direct debit. There are no errors in the return for extension filing, what am I missing? Help!!!

I fiddled around with one of these the other day, the CA extension with direct debit seems rather clunky to get it all to work.
I'm honestly not sure what I ended up having to do to make it finally ready to go, but I understand where you're coming from!
If all else fails, you could just make payment on the FTB WebPay website..they make it easy to take your money!
