How does one efile a 2019 return when you have a carryover credit from 2018 from Form 8936 (Qualified Plug-in Electric Vehicle Credit)?

The program is saying you must paper file in this situation as it doesn't support this carryover credit on Form 3800, part 3, line 1z.
