I am trying to enter the payment date of 7/15/2020 in the payment date and I keep getting an error that says can't enter a date after 6/1/2020. I had no problem with the 1120

Just make the payment online. Then when you e-file the 1120, you can uncheck the conversion error testing box so that the e-file can go through properly
