@rcooley25 at the top of your IL-1040 in the yellow bar do you see "update available now"?

I was looking at the release dates for IL on TurboTax...and it showed the printed form as Unsupported...does IL not accept paper filed returns anymore?

hmmm...no, they accept paper returns unless they snuck a new law by me. Do you remember a few years back when they had an issue with "update available now" (and when clicked, there was no available update) on the yellow bar? Was it F8606 or something?:open_mouth:

I remember it happening, not sure which form it was...may have been several different ones.

was there a fix? Or did it just go away when the form went live?

There was one that you could just click the X in the corner and make the message disappear and file as usual.

OH YEAH!!! I think i remember that. I've got @Ashley at Intuit (aka Henry Jr) looking into it. I assume its a goofy glitch and 01/31 is when Illinois is supposed to go live (printing). I just want a back up plan if its something more. New client does not have that on top, only my transferred clients. WEIRD!!

Thankfully the release date page is quite informative for IL :confused:
