This line shows the amount of child tax credit and the amount of credit for retirement savings on the
on the taxes I am working on. The amount goes nowhere. It is not subtracted from the tax owed.
Then on Line 18e and Line 19 are not added for the amount of refund. Am I just confused or did I pay
for a program that is incorrect??????

The place to start would be clicking on Federal Final Review in the far left column. Sounds like you've got some errors in the return.

There are no errors according to the Federal Review. I've used this program quite a number of years so
I have checked this thing for everything I can think of. Any other suggestions.
