I have started completing returns with E-signature. I was given 5 free to start off with Pro series basic unlimited version. I have already completed 3, but for some reason, my clients are not allowed to go past there information. The message it shows states they are not in the public database???? Not sure what is wrong. I tried one for myself and I was able to sign my documents in seconds. Any help anyone?
