I can't get form 8995 to reflect the losses in 2019 to carryover to line 29 of carryover worksheet?

Line 3 of 8995 carryover is the combined carryover of rental component losses from line 29 of carryover  worksheet but Form 8995 won't add 2019 rental loss to 2019 carryover worksheet line 29?
