update box will not advance

when I attempt to e-fil a return, the response is this version of pro series is no longer available.

update program. when I go to update the program will not advance to the next step

after customer number. the program simply stays on that page

Try using REFRESH updates from the Updates drop down menu on the toolbar, if the program wont open, use REPAIR updates from the Windows Programs Menu
