I have a HP LaserJet CP1525nw printer. When attempting to print a return, it keeps restarting (10 - 15 times) from the beginning of the return and eventually seems to print the entire return. ProSeries told me it was my computer because I was using an old laptop last year. I purchased a new laptop and didn't seem to have these issues in the beginning of the season but lately it's all the time. Any suggestions?
Maybe a printer driver conflict or some kind, or do you routinely power off the printer? they do have memory in them and need to be powered off now and then to clear it....or can you print to a PDF then just print the PDF?
