Yes. The box on the software is checked (as it is with ALL of my prepared returns) but the printed return doesn't have that box checked off..... ???? This is something that just started happening with the latest update.....

What part are you referring to ? I have checked the box making me the third party designee in the software, but when the return prints the NO box is checked.
