I'm filing a Form 540 NR paper return for 2018. Taxpayer sold land & incurred a $13,614 loss. The taxpayer had no CA losses for any prior year. I'm confused with the instructions in Pub 1100. What do I enter in line ! & 2 Column B? Do I enter the $13,614?
