I have a NYC client who files a Federal and NYS S corp return. There is no taxable income - it all flows to K-1. What NYC form numbers do I use for CITY taxes in 2015, 2016, and 2017? Thanks in advance. Kathy

NYC corporation. NYC taxes the income since there is no passthrough, so NYC resident pays double tax.
