You mean a 2018 ES payment without the 2017 tax return??

theyre late today now anyhow...even if you could, I don't think it would let you.

I'm assuming that the 2019 is the correct year ----------------- maybe someone is entering a witness protection program and wants to get some estimates paid in before they disappear.

kinda early to worry about a 2019 ES payment due in April....I guess some people do plan that far ahead of time
