There is no link to "other subtractions schedule" on line 38. There is a link to "other additions schedule" on line 18.

I think you mean Line 36. It should link to the "Other Subtractions" worksheet, but doesn't. However, that worksheet should be listed on your menu as "Other Subtractions" and if you fill it out, the amounts will show up on Line 36.
