I would like my letterhead integrated into my letters. Is there a best way to do it? I can manually add the logo but then I can't find a footer option and it's taking a ton of room at the top. In other software, I would select to print on letterhead. Is there a way that isn't getting manual with it? I don't want to ADD work to the process I don't' want it to look worse either.

‘Print on letter’ is a great suggestion... i think it was first suggested about 20 years ago. You might want to check back in 2030.

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround

Just edit the letter template and insert your graphic...though you may have to play around with the sizing.
