The IRS generally recomputes and sends it anyhow if they qualify...why dont they want it?

I have completed the Income statement portion, Updated the K-1 worksheets but the amounts do not appear on Statement A
I used your responses to convince client to accept EIC. He is fearful since he is afraid to accept any government since he is a green card holder hoping to become a citizen.
