Anyone know how to restore the individual standard client letters to default?  I tried to copy the letter over from prior year and the default letter was deleted.

Tools > letters > Manage Standard Letters > Restore ?

You want your own personalized signature?  I'll dig up some ascii art (Im not as good at creating it myself as I used to be!) write the html to add color to it for you!  Send me a direct message using that little envelope up in the top right corner of the screen and let me know what you want, when I get a little free time I'll fix ya up!
