No one from ProSeries has reported that this is a known issue so we don't have an answer. We are users just like you.

I realize this is for users but, after not finding anything on the error, I was hoping another user may have encountered the same thing. I have been using ProSeries for 10 years now and never had this error before. Odd but all good now. Thanks.
