need to file a Puerto Rico return and cannot find the form and instructions in English. Several sites want to efile, but not sure which might be best.
Last I knew, you had to be licensed in Puerto Rico to prepare a Puerto Rico return.
Seems kind of severe, but possible. Not what I wanted to hear.
