When I try to EFile I get an error message that says "Oops! The EFIN has not been registered to your Account!"
However, I have "updated my account to enroll EFIN ###### ."
Is there something else I should be doing?

My account lists the EFIN as approved.

Id try to re-license the program and see if that pulls the correct information. If it doesnt, your only other choice is to call support 😞
