Im not sure what a "dashboard link" is.  I just logged into my Intuit Account using this link and the dashboard appears to be as expected.

Just happened to me (01/30/2020) @ 2pm MST. Re-started and checked updates, but still error shows up. 

In ProSeries Professional Desktop, often occurs when either clicking 1) View Dashboard link in eSignature column in EF Center or 2) Clicking the "Dashboard" button on the tool ribbon just below "File/Edit/View" line.

Seems to occur after authentication has timed out and I have to re-enter password.
