what do you mean "website"? which software are you using?

Lisa - we seem to alternate between posting questions as online and ProSeries. I'm guessing we are using the Online version, but that doesn't mean much since I would have guessed I could post comments by now. If we have a "technical error", I would still try the old fashioned computer reboot.

if its the ProConnect Online, then it could be a browser or cookie/temp file issue as well....Ive had lots of printing issues with ProSeries, I don't recall a "technical error" message before
