Despite what Intuit calls this preliminary testing, the true Beta Testing starts in mid-November when they release the product and continues until early February.
So if you want to be a Beta Tester, just download the produce in mid-November when the release the product.

Um; when you are beta testing, you should not be communicating on the open public internet. You would contact beta support. And links found in beta often don't go anywhere, yet, but are placeholders. Or, for instance, they are linked to current pages, but don't apply to the testing. For testing support, you really should stay within the testing community and support channels. This is the Live Community, not a testing or support contact forum.
