Hello, I have a few clients stuck with no refund. The IRS system says still processing, since February. They received notice stating wait 60 days, which has been past yet when they call unable to get through. One actually got through and was told to wait another 60 days. I am a registered tax preparer and filed a 8821, which when I call they tell me they are not able to discuss with me or can't tell me why. Any suggestions? I am not sure how to get answers for my clients still waiting on refunds.
