Multi year access is a new thing that started a month or two ago.   

Once youre logged into 2025, if you open 2024 or 2023 you dont need to log in again.

The time tracking feature is functional as well, but the accuracy seems off significantly, not sure how helpful it really is.

When you're in a client return, hit CTRL + B and you can see your time clock.

They are legit.  I received the same e-mail this morning.
