You've completed your first tax season with ProSeries

It just dawned on me that they might have looked at my age and assumed I was senile and I might think it was my first year ------ who knows.

It ain’t the same Proseries! Also have been using for 20 or so years.

beyond disappointing.

As you close out your first year with us

Does this mean PS assumes we turn off our phones, cancel our email, shut off the lights and lock the door?  If only!

They make a lot of assumptions about preparers and most of those assumptions aren’t necessarily accurate.

I know of twice; he was locked out and 'we' had to post for him. 'We' always have each other's six !!

It's getting tougher and tougher to stay out of that place.
