I efiled a return 3 weeks ago. My client received his state refund but not his federal refund. When he went to where's my refund, there's no acknowledgment of the IRS receiving it yet it was accepted and complete in the proseries program. Did anyone else have this issue? How do I resolve? thanks
If you try to efile again, you’ll quickly find out if the file transmitted or not. If it did transmit, try updating the file or you can call support and they can track the individual transmission
Also, you can try - log onto your account at myproseries.com you can lookup your own E-file transmissions. Years ago I had it where EF Center never picked it up, but it had been e-filed.
