No, Basic subscribers are allowed to download a copy of Professional for free, then use Pay Per Return for business entity returns filed on Professional.

Go to your Intuit Online account and you should see Professional available to download as well as Basic.

Pay per return can be pricey. I recently did a 1041 Trust and with the State  return it was $151.
