That worksheet sucks.  It keeps hollering at you until you are all the way across a line.  So you need to enter from left to right and not top to bottom.

Yes, and I don’t know why because I always filled it in in prior years.

however, if you just fill in the annual totals part of worksheet it will calculate and go thru the efile.
