Form 4547

I have prepared two Form 4547, but it looks like when I print the client's copy that form does not appear. Has anyone had any luck or problems with this form been approved by the IRS. I have gotten acceptances but have no idea if it actually was sent or not.

If PS Basic, was the box checked on the forms print screen?

If PS Professional, you may need to go to print settings and click on print "if any data" for the 4547.
