For many years I have printed the Slip Sheet that says 202X Income Tax Return prepared for NAME I cannot seem to print this year no matter how I do print options. Help

That is Slip Sheet 1. Tools > Global Slip Sheet Options.

Then in your Print Options setting, make sure Slip Sheet 1 is set to print.
