Is ProSeries Basic seeing delays in receiving IRS acceptance acknowledgements?

how long of a delay? Sometimes theres a hiccup in the transmission of the Acks, you can try highlighting them in the EFTab, then instead of Receive Acks, choose Update Acks of Selected Returns, see if that pulls them in.

Thank for the response. I have tried the update acknowledgements. Still nothing. It has been over 24 hours. I have submitted other returns after the one in question, and have received all acknowledgements for these later returns.

I'll try again. Anything common or unusual among those returns?

Nothing unusual. Three states attached. I received acks for all states. When I transmitted Intuit accepted the states but rejected the federal saying software needed updated. I updated software and retransmitted successfully.

But is there a common thread between the three returns like energy credits, NOLs or some other credit or deduction?

I checked IRS refund status. IRS does not have the return. I don't think ProSeries Basic actually sent the return to the IRS. Solutions? Save federal return under new name and resend?

No refund status is going to show up if the return hasn’t been accepted. All you can do is have some patience or you can call support to see if they can tell you what is going on.
