Does anyone have a solution when the client is older, retired before you had to go online, so there is no email address linked to the account, or just do not have a computer or cell phone?
Has anyone used the Form 4852?
Some clients received them in the mail (about 5% or less).
Calling OPM is a waste of time as they hang up "too many calls". I've called the US Senator's offices and was told go online.
Help??? Please!
