I'm assuming you've done the very first go-to when something weird happens and restarted the computer, right?

Not sure if you searched in here for the answer first or not, I saw several reports of fatal error 604, but the answers all said to Call Support or reinstall the program, sorry.  I'm sure that's not what you wanted to read..
