When I open the tax summary window, the program freezes, and says to contact customer support. Whatever was in that last update, has caused issues with that function.

Close ProSeries and go to the Windows programs menu and run REPAIR UDPATES

Thanks for making my program freeze. 😉 I typically don't open that and just look at the 2 yr comparison sheet which is much more informational to me.
