Last year, Intuit representatives were available on Saturdays and Sundays, THIS YEAR WEEKEND CLOSED. And the time you had to stay on hold was much shorter. Unfortunately, they increase prices every year, but their service gets worse year after year. They also put inexperienced new employees on the line who have no experience at all.
